Porsche GB HQ Tour - some nice metal - pic heavy

Had the pleasure of having a tour around Porsche GB HQ on Sat. It was like being in a toy shop.

A third of Carrera GTs made are present there (shame they are not used by their owners!), with a lovely GT1 (worth about 500k), a very rare 959, and some other tasty cars. Enjoy!

Hi mate, I got to go with some other members of Porsche club gb. The owner of the 991 register invited some of us there along to have a tour and a drive. My trusty sales guy now works at at a Lamborghini dealership but I could always ask him to see if there's somebody friendly I could ask. As I buy and service there I can always remind them of this and get your dad along for a treat perhaps It's amazing how many cars were there.

Agree - I seriously love the flat nose and dreaming of a gt. shame their owners don't want to dri be them, it's a crime.

Totally agree, the flatnose looks amazing. I can't stand their 4x4's and the 4 door 911 is a crime against humanity but you can't fault the rest of their line up. They have truly made some incredible cars. Unlike any other of the top marques you can drive them all on a daily basis

For years Porsches have done nothing for me (except the GT), but lately I've completely fallen for them! The latest gen models have really found a design sweet spot too, in particular the Boxster and Cayman. One day....

You should go up to one of the 'Big Breakfast' meets at Malton they usually have one or two. If you get to see one you wont be disappointed.
