It have to be early 06 or 56 plates clio 197.

The visor lights only come on when the mirror is revealed. When the flap is pulled completely over the mirror the visor lights are off.

my drivers side light doesnt work and the plug seems to look taped up :/ any suggestions?

have you check the bulb or the switch?
