Other parts to clean every few months?

Just wondering if there's any other parts of the car that can/should be cleaned every few months to ensure everything runs smoothly.

So far on my list is:
  • Caliper strip down and clean
  • Clean PCV valve
  • Clean throttle body
  • Clean scuttle drain
Anything else anyone can think of that's relatively easy to do?

Scuttle panel drain holes. I'm thinking of taking my Cup spoiler off to clean/check mounting points.

Ooo I knew about the scuttle drain just completely forgot to add it to the list, thanks

Wouldn't mounting points would be fine provided it was fitted carefully/properly?

I cant see how the tb would require a clean so oftenly.
Unless you drive 40k a year(or having really bad/dirty air feeded in) .
Personally i wouldnt clean the tb that often.
brakes pcv throttle only need once a year

drains i would do every 2yrs

What do you mean by drains?

The fact that it only takes 15 minutes to clean though I'd say it's not really an inconvenience doing it.

And cleaning it more often than necessary definitely won't cause any harm :tongueout:
