Odd noise

Hi I've owned my 197 fro 2 months, had the cam/aux belt changed 2 weeks ago and it's developed a kind of ticking noise above 3k which gets progressively louder and faster after 5k, car runs fine and no noise at idle

Any ideas before I take it back to the garage? Could it be related to the cambelt?

Who did the change? Ticking noises that pick up with revs generally aren't good in my past experience. Nothing silly like a bit of plastic vibrating against something under the bonnet?
