Noisy A/C compressor?

I've had the compressor changed twice, with a used one both times. (Bought the car used at a dealer)
The "new one" is like the others a bit noisy... Is it normal to be able to hear the pump inside the car? Or is it about to brake as well?
It is a full blown cup with the cheap plastic, so I guess all noises are even louder than in the normal rs.

you should here the compressor click on but it shouldn't be noisey unless its low on gas (and lube oil)

when changing the compressor there is an amount of lube oil that needs to be put in the system - have they done this or just fitted it and gassed it?

The oil is automaticaly flow with the gas - during gas refill ( but its an extra option) it can be done by gas alone too

I think is standard .
When you go to a/c specialist he dont care about the type of the car he put till its full..

jobs not done correctly then!

amounts are there for a reason - even more so if a component has been changed as it will have lost both gas & oil
