I'm thinking about a driving trip!

Maybe up to Scotland for a bit whilst stopping off here and there..

Go south ,North shores of Lake Garda via Austia .

Just don't end up in the lake like this stuntmans car when they were filming James Bond Quantum of Solace out there!!

Take the route to the Hotel Enzian (we stayed there recomended)

A road runs round the Lake ,come in to the north end from Austria ,the moutain roads are bliss for the Clio,if you like German sausages go to the lakeside car park at Limone.(at the far end of this photo taken from the road side.)

+1 for the Dolomite mountains area, the roads there really are quite special, not to mention running through some stunning scenery.
