Tone is as a result of the boxes and piping.
Tailpipe trims are like lipstick. Come in different colours and textures but in the end when she opens her mouth she still sounds like the misses.

Anyone know if these tips fit on a k-tec cat back as Ive currently got the slash cut tips that look standard

I would imagine so Craig, the K-Tec tailpipe looks the same size as standard although I've never measured it.

yeah i have these two, i just smoothed out the threaded part and them tapped them on very tight fit no chance them falling off
