New front splitter and seat repair

Can anyone recommend where I can get a new front splitter for my R27? I'm tempted to go for a RS one or just stick to original.

Also my driver passager seat is starting to show wear and tear (picture attached), any advise or recommend where I can get this fixed?

The Oreca website is the cheapest for the RS splitter I think.
