I picked up my 197 around 2 weeks ago now and have completely fallen in love with it. its a black 197 with 49,000 miles on the clock. Bought from Evans Halshaw Renault with full Renault service history and had the cambelt changed a week before i picked her up.
the car had a few little scratches which most of them got sorted by renault as part of the sale prep, along with both door seals as they were falling apart, the steering wheel was re-trimmed and i had all the wheels refurbed and sprayed anthracite.
Im 19yrs old and this is my second car, my first car was a Citroen C2 1.4 furio which i had for just under 2 years and the clio is just in a whole different league to the c2
I have lots of plans with the 197 so far all i have done is bought some renaultsport mats and lowered her on H&R springs, plans for the very near future are: - 20mm H&R wheel spacers all round
- ITG pannel filter
- Red calipers
- Anthracite badges front and rear
