Mysterious loose wire

Hey guys

Anyone have any idea what this loose wire and plug could be hanging behind the front bumper?

Yeah as far as I'm aware, the fan works... It just went for a service at Renault, strange they didn't spot it

Looks like an aerial type connector? Bit like an SMA connector. Google it and see if it matches?

I'm going to go with possible speed camera jammer that's had the box removed as the six pin atx style connector is not normally used externally as it has no weatherproofing.
