My new exhaust

Well, i fitted a scorpion non res catback to my 200 last night and WOW. It sounds so meaty! Even Ticking over it just growls constantly, it pops quietly on gear changes, it's just rawr! Really Happy with it, and for just £359.99 i wouldnt say an akrapovic is 3x better!

Yeah sounds happy with it! Although I did notice the right pipe wasnt line up right in the middle of the diffuser port... I dont know if thats because the left one is perfectly in the middle and the exhaust itself isnt wide enough to have both pipes dead centre of the ports?

And it'll be like that for the rest of your ownership of the car mate! Iv had to align mine multiple times and it always ends up off centre! :rolleyes:

so it's not a problem mate?? Dont want it rattling off the heatshield! I'm buying some proper clamps tonight cos they ones scorpion send are poor, so might see if i can drag the right pipe over a tiny bit and get them both the same. Dont care though, I'm driving with a massive grin on my face now!

Thanks Mark! Next up, maxogen and varley i think... Guna wait a little bit though as i can see myself going crazy. I could do with another £1000 accumulator coming in!! hahah. Got some bulbs to fit and waiting on black badge covers

I've ran my non-res scorpion slightly off on the left hand side for about 5 months now never a problem, no rattles or anything its fine mate! It's hidden so I wouldn't worry about it haha.

I wouldn't mind hearing what it sounds like. I nearly went for a scorpion but the need for adjustment out me off. I would have went for resonated though so it was more trackday friendly.

It sounds lovely, not too loud but just nice and raspy.. Until you plant your foot. My mates got a Full Milltek res with decat on his Burg VXR and he reckons mine ticks over a little louder like.

The right pipe on mine was slightly off and because the exhaust comes into the part of the heatshield as it narrows there was a slight rattle. I got a hack saw and took abtou 1 inch of the pipe off so its into the wider part of the heatshield

Iv already taken a Stanley to the diffuser as it started to melt, just widened it up a little
