My loudspeaker stopped working

Hi, since yesterday my loudspeakers just stopped working. Radio, CD, Telephone works, everything connects, I can skip music titles,... but nothing can be heard.
Parked the car monday, everything was fine. Took the car out the garage yesterday, no sound. Haven't touched to anything inbetween.
Any ideas?

There is, but when you press it the display reads 'pause'.

Yes, there is a mute, and yes I've tried that first. Tried every button and every menu and nothing worked. Does the headunit has a built in amplifier or is it hidden somewhere in the car?
