Miltek Sports Cat help

Hi all I'm considering a Miltek Sports Cat to replace the decat pipe. My current setup is Toyosports Decat Mani, Miltek Cat back (non res) and decat pipe. Now with this setup I'm aware that it will not pass an MOT, it's not due yet but I want to sort it sooner rather than later. So my questions are as follows:
1. Will the sports cat pass the emissions test on an MOT? I'm assuming it will because it's a cat (just want to check)
2. Will I need another remap? I already had one when I fitted the exhaust, mani and decat.
3. Is it really worth it over the standard cat or should I just buy a standard cat and get that welded on?

Hi Dawesy, I'd be very interested to know the answer to this too. Looking at a toyosport mani as flexis blowing on my OEM set up, and would look to go for the resonated Miltek option with sportscat, but concerned there'll be issues at MOT time..

Any clues would be fantastic!
