Mating miltek linkpipe to ktec pro cat

looking at best way to do this . I can't get to the garage to check sizes but think miltek linkpipe is 70mm but unsure if that's inside or outside diameter.
Ktec pro system has a sports cat which looks miltek with a female flange( no laughs please) so either need to weld a male flange to link pipe or possibly this ?

No been looking but it's the cat I need to join to which has a female flange not straight pipe
