Meglio Swap - return fuel system or not?

Hi guys,

Is anyone here who can tell me how much horsepower I can drive with my Megane 2 RS and large fuel pump in the tank with no return fuel system?
When do i have to convert to a return system for the fuel and what exactly do i have to do? Does anyone have a detailed description of this?

PS: i want to run GTX2867R with 380-400hp. Yes my engine is forged.
