That diagram above ^^ is what I've based my recent posts on as well tbh mate. Can you get hold of another tb to try? Or try what I suggested with ignition on, engine off and throttle pedal moved to different positions. You need to see if the flap is even moving or opening to wot.

Flap didn't move at all when the car was on yesterday, this is having me believe maybe a faulty TB

Looks great! keep us updated with the outcome of the tb issue, should be helpful if/when others do the same conversion :smile:

Been drooling over this on Facebook Matt, looks an absolute weapon. Really interested to hear your opinion of the Gaz Golds on track and on the road, been in my basket for a while but can't bring myself to part with the money just yet. Enjoy Snetterton, it's on the list for me to do this year!

Great thread this! What a stunning looking/spec'd car too - Ultra Red is a great colour and only adds to the aggressive look of the 197. Hopefully see this at a 'TBC' 197.net track day this year.

I run a 197 Clio meg 250 engine, 320/340,would be nice to meet one day, but I live in N/E Scotland. I am at Anglesea on 30 June,Spa 16/17 July,and will be doing Oulton/Cadwell also this year. Lovely car you have there.Hope your trackway goes well.

What date are you looking at Cadwell? Really thinking about that!

What throttle body are you running pal? Any issues? Would be great to catch up some time

Its a 250 throttle body. Many issues when I bought it.Major overheating.( Fan was the wrong way round!.)Very bad map.( Cured by RST.) Couple of sensors replaced,Battery now in boot,cut off switch, and about another 50 other jobs, but now all is well. The only thing that stops it reaching its full potential, is the driver!!.

And you don't get the throttle issue with the 250 throttle body?
