Been chatting to him via email and reckons for roughly 2k he could give me 220bhp (near anyway) and also been discussing fitting his custom top mounts which allow some adjustabliltiy in the camber etc.
And so far ive only heard good...actually make that excellent things about him.
Nick -as said he specialises in geometry but is also a dab hand at diffs and cages etc. he seems more of a race car prep company than road cars but thats no bad thing.
I've visited Mark several times, only just down the road from me! His work is always top notch and he's a nice guy too, very easy to spend a few hours there chatting!
He clearly knows his 172/182s, not sure he's as up to date on the 197/200 but he's still extremely capable of looking after your motor. The only downside is that he's quite expensive, I wanted to take my car there for the cambelt service but he's £350 more expensive than KTEC.
Didnt go into huge detail, but he mentioned cams, inlets plus a few other minor tweeks.
The main thing i like the sound of are the custom top mounts, no comprimise on standard set up but with increase camber will allow a higher mid corner / lateral grip
