Lower Wishbone arm rear bush?

Lower Wishbone arm rear bush? Anyone know whether these can be replaced without having to change the whole arm?

if you look at simoxmino thread he has pushed his bushes out and welded in solids - so yes you should be able to press fit new ones in

theres also a few photos of the bushes to give you an idea of what they look like
