knee update

Ouch. That is possibly the most horrific injury I've heard of. Especially as I rely on my legs for work, I could not (and almost don't want to) imagine it.

Feel for you.....

Just seen this post, bad ass Roy, hope you fully recover. I has a level two spinal fusion 5 years ago (removed two discs) and I could bench press a Hummer tomorrow. It's a slow process but amazing whtat the surgeons can do Which hospital did you go to?

thanks guys been let out today wednesday
had to stop in overnight had spinal injections
yesterday which didnt go to well was in a load
of pain and what i found out today didnt work:worried:
so i have now got to decide with the help of the wife
if i am going to have a electrical device inserted on to
my spine which attaches to the nerves to try and stop the
pain which has a lot of complications attached because
of the risk of the thing moving and damaging the spinal
cord.VERY SCARY got lots of docs and specialists to see
over the nxt few wks n months to see if im going to do it
or live with the pain.
once again thanks for the messages of support:thumbsup:

Good luck to you, follow the treatment and be mentally strong. The human body is amazing at repairing itself so don't loose faith in that.

I know its easier said than done in challenging times like this but a positive mental attitude can really help you to get through.. if you ever need a ear to listen, give me a shout
