yes i think i over did it again thinking i could run b4 i could walk
got rid of the crutches and on to sticks but back on them again now
sooooooooooooo painful.going to have my last little blast in the car now
cause i think it may be a while b4 im in the drivers seat again:'(

I've got a reccuring dislocation in my shoulder, and I thought that was bad. Got my results from the MRI thursday to see if it's an op or not.

long story but fell over at work tore the muscles
of the tendons.it took 140 odd stiches to re-attach
them back.but wnen they did it they severd the nerves in
my knee+4 infections its fooooked
