hi recently brought a 197 and it has an induction kit on, am i right in thinking im loosing loads of power because of this?

V6 airbox or just K&N panel filter is the way to go if you want some true gains and not just the sound.

to be honest im not impressed with the speed so far so im hoping gettin a stard box back should make her run better, do you know if it makes a big difference if so them i might have other problems

Depends on how much hot air is getting through the K&N kit. The hotter it is the bigger are the losses...
For the time being - get the OEM airbox, put in some high-flow panel filter (ITG/K&N) and that's it.
The best solution is the Clio V6 Ph2 airbox with the high-flow panel filter. IMO.
