Just simply engine rebuild torque settings

I have searched and searched , but cant find anything . That workshop manual is just pages and pages of other engines . Mains , big ends, flywheel , head ? There must be a list somewhere , but I cant find anything . All for a F4R 830/832

I have grabbed these out the R3 Maxi engine build manual, should be everything you need including which Loctite grades to use.
