Is this a normal build up or leak?

Yeah agreed. With other cars i have jus popped a white sheet underneath for a day or two after driving to see for any drips. But because of the engine undertray it wouldnt drip.
Also atm because of the rubbish weather and the lack of a ramp i cant really get under there properly.
Just wondered if anyone had experienced of known of anything similar, as i know of quite a few 197's with a little leak around one of the bolts at the top?
