Is my Engine coolant too low?

Hey, I'm away on a huge car journey today! Was looking at my engine bay Twingo rs, and the engine coolant is very low! It's done just over 6000 miles in a year, is this normal!?

What product will I use to top it up?
And it is ok to just top it up!?!
Is this too low?

Is the car on a flat surface as looks a bit uneven the level, mark on the right hand side show maximum level, is there one showing minimum?

My clio used about that amount of water in the first 10k i just topped it up with water and it hasnt moved since mate. wouldnt waste money on a bottle of coolant for such a small amount.

You shouldnt be topping up with water, renault use ready mix type d coolant.

I'm on the Halfords website as my coolant is getting a bit low towards the min mark.

I think I'll only need 2 litres but not sure which to get.

Couple of noob questions.

1. Can Just top it up with one of these options?
2. I'm not sure what is currently in there. Would mixing with a new coolant cause problems?
3. Anything else I need to know before refilling?

Thanks.

Dont mix coolant types!
