firstly is this the torque mount insert

if it is can someone please let me know how easy it is to fit?

and finally what is the torque setting when tightening everything back up?

Yes that's the torque mount.

Fitting is nice and easy for that one - there's a guide in the How To section, I'll see if I can find the link

Not sure what the torque setting should be though
