how to fit a de cat pipe??

As title suggests, want to do this myself. How does the v joint work on the manifold to cat?

It's a straight forward clamp, two ends butt together on the manifold/decat. You use the existing standard clamp, then you just do the clamp up. the side you'll have to have a fiddle with (the hard work is already done with mine) you have to cut the exhaust the middle box side. The decat is already flared, so you'll just cut the exhaust side by the middle box and the decat just slides onto it. Then you'll just put a clamp around that join.

Thanks mate, I'm guessing it'll slip straight on as it's designed for my exhaust anyway.

Ok this is no easy job!! Sensor won't come out of the cat and I've got to hack saw the de cat pipe!!

Why are you hacksawwing the decat pipe?

It's too long! I think the one I've got off Gez is for a standard exhaust, I have the cat back. The flange on the de cat and exhaust system is the same size!

Anyone struggle to get the sensor out? Any tips or is it just persistence that gets it out?

Mine has fused itself! Best off buying a new lambda sensor and keep the old one on the cat for a really quick exchange for mot time. That's what I'm gonna do anyway.
