How much to fit an ITG maxogen induction kit?

I've had one for months but still not fitted it, took a look at the instruction but really don't fancy doing it myself.

how much would it cost to get it fitted? & Anyone know a place near Manchester that could do it at the wkend I'm CC based? Told it should take an Hour
