horn relay

Can someone tell me where the horn relay is please?
I have power at steering wheel power at the back of the fuse but no power at the horn it's self.
I can only guess it's a relay unless someone has any other ideas

When you say the wheel, is that behind the airbag or at the plug that plugs into the squib? I’ve got no horn and no power to the horn button yet still power to the fuse, so I’m guessing my squib is bad. Just bought a brand new one from Germany for £105 inc post. Fingers crossed. My only slight concern is that usually when the squib goes, you get airbag warning lights, I don’t have this issue, so I’ll just have to wait and see.
