Welcome mate nice and clean car mate quick question do all the 197's in russia have m197 at the begining of the number plate or is it just normal registration numbers ive seen a few pics of russian clio on here and they all start m197?

Registration number with numbers 197 can be given out at will of proprietor. Very beautiful combination of model and registration number.... :smile:
 
Welcome to the site. Foreign number plates are so much better than our British crappy plastic ones don't they! Lol!
