Hello from a 197 owner

Hello all,

I'm a proud 197 owner - 08 plate Deep Black.

Stumbled across the site after searching for advice regarding my grinding gearbox. (grinds into 4th gear):tongueout:anic:. It seems that 90% of people find the site searching for the same thing....shame shame Renault.

Love the car though, owned it for just over a year now. A little expensive to run but I recently had to drive a 1.2 courtesy car and I would honestly never buy a standard car ever again!

I'm from the East Mids (Nottingham) so may pop along to some meets if anyone is from around this way?

Hopefully I'll pick up a few tips from you guys!

Haha... My missus lives in Newthorpe and I work at the local leisure centres, so im knocking around the area quite alot.
Will probably see you knocking around at some point.
