heater problem

I need help please !! Heaters, demisters and lights on heater control panel aren't working. Checked fuses and they all seem fine. Also the pump for the windscreen washer isn't working :nope:

theres more than 1 fuse box....one inside and 1 under the bonnet located on the n/s/f wing...
