Head Unit & Ipod

Im looking to have my ipod working (with steering wheel controls if possible) through the existing head unit on my clio 200 (2011). Ive seen that when you look to buy them most sellers will state that the HU must be an update list. Is the standard HU for the 200 an update list or not?

If not, how have people hooked up working Ipods.

It should say on the front of your HU update list in white writing.

After some research I decided to go for that device, works pretty well, good sound quality and works very well for calls too. I'm happy with it!

Does anyone know what type of head unit this is? I have found a few pictures of 200s with this HU so I wasn't sure if it was just the update?
