iPod connector for stanard headunit?

Hi jus wondering if you could buy one of these. I dont really want to change my headunit as i prefer the look of standard 1s but hate having to make cd's. If there is where can i get one from? Any help would be appreciated.

You can find these on ebay. It goes from the back of the standard headunit and gives you a jack plug.

Sorry to thread hijack, but I'm looking for one of these. I have the standard stereo with the 'update list' written on the front. Any clues what I should be looking for?
