Anyone have info on this head unit dash facia??

Has anyone seen this style screen facia before?
It seems like the screen is a Nakamichi but I'm more interested in who made the facia screen surround.

From the hazard switch surround and vents that looks like a mk2 rather than a mk3.

Yes, I'm chasing facia for a mk2 and posting here out of desperation.
I can't even re-find the original photos anywhere (reverse image, etc)... ugh.
