H&R's in progress

So been at work since 8:30 (now 9:30)
Both shocks removed one spring fitted, not bad for an hours work.
A guide will be fitted as I don't feel the current spring fitting guide is the best way to do it!

Enjoy

I would put the plastic trim off the old spring onto the new. Im only staing due to the garage that did mine did this, and i presume theres a reason for it on the standard springs, maybe to stop the risk of them rubbing on something.

still got the fronts to fit on mine. got part way through stripping it all down but couldn't figure out the rest without a walkthrough. wish the fronts were as easy as the rears!

Will get before/after pictures up

Will try to get the guide up this evening too!

No, it's not possible to remove the shock from the hub without lowering the subframe which in my opinion is crazy + more time consuming and more effort involved. It's actually very simple to remove the the shock/hub assembly as one.
