H & R's - fitting costs.

Gonna be buying some H & R springs shortly.

As a rough guesstimate, how much would I expect to pay to have these fitted?

127.50 is what I've been asked for fitting new cup dampers and H&R springs on mine.

I had springs fitted to a couple of my previous cars. £100 was the going rate.

Rears are really easy, could save yourself some money if you did them yourself.

Fronts are more frustrating and require the correct tools. Definitely get the garage/mate to do it. £140 is what I was quoted from a garage, £65 and a couple favours to a mate.
