Gurgling noise from rear

I've recently noticed an intermittent gurgling noise from the rear.
It's only when the engine's running & I've not noticed a pattern -yet

Any suggestions?
 
Well, given the only liquid at the rear of the car is the fuel, I'd say it's fuel pump/tank related. I've never heard of this happening, could be fuel vapour venting? Try opening the fuel cap with the engine running and see if you can hear anything.
