...for driving this morning.
I know this is not strictly 'Clio General Chat'. This morning as usual I was up bright and early and the weather was cold and crisp (but still overcast). I thought this has to be a great day for the right kind of air for the Meg to chew on....so I warmed it up in the garage, ESP to 'Extreme' throttle and took a slightly longer route to work through the countryside....I was grinning big time. When I had the Clio the weather realy affected the induction note, but with my Meg the turbo charger/induction/exhaust realy comes allive....I let it run to the limiter a couple of times which greated me with a satisfying 'pop' on the change up....and the over-run is just great especially along high hedges where the sound is reflected back into the car....
...to put it into words it goes like....
...bark....flup....bark-k-k....pop.....etc,etc...and just in front of you is the 'whine/whistle' of the turbo charger getting boost....I love turbos.....this morning the Meg is the best car I've ever owned
