Front wheel leaning...

I've noticed recently a lack of grip from my near side front wheel. On hard cornering it almost feels like the wheel/hub is wobbling slightly. Initially I put it down to my tyres being quite low and have some new conti5s on order. But then this evening I noticed it almost looks like that wheel is leaning in at the top slightly... any ideas on what this could be? Hub carrier ball joint perhaps?

My first thought would be the swivel joint? Does it make any noise when turning while stationery?

No it doesn't make much noise when turning but my steering does feel stiffer and it knocks going over bumps , more so when the wheel is turned. It's definitely leaning in though I put a tape measure to it this morning, measures around 15mm more between the tyre and the wing than the offside wheel

Your spring could be broken.

i would jack the car up and looked for any play in the hub..also investigate your springs..as Chris said it may be snapped..next i would remove the scuttle panel to see if the top mount isnt knackered..
hope you get to the bottom of it..

Ok well when I get my tyres fitted I'll get him to have a look and see if he can see what's up. It's lowered on eibachs at the moment, anyone know if you can buy just one spring?
