Fitting my cup racer spoiler

Hi after some advice pls, guy who was going to fit has let me down so I am thinking fitting myself, I know another member has fitted mc racing carbon copy, I sent pm asking for advice but to no avail, there are four fixings on spoiler, unlike cup spoiler where nut is fixed into spoiler and fix with screw from inside to make spoiler fix. On cup racer I have to line everything up ie mot bay and lazer level to gauge correct fixing points. The bolts that came with spoiler are 20mm domb heads and my thinking is a rivnut with a gasket and sealant to fix and stop any water getting past rivnut... Any thoughts or help much gratitude cheers lawrence

Couldn't you just use some Tiger Seal on the legs, saves drilling your boot.

I have some stainless rivnuts that I was going to use, have correct tool and I'm going have practice on old door panel that my friend has, and silicone to make water tight????

plus touch up paint to prevent rust on the boot
