Fitting Cup Dampers/H&R's yourself

I was going to take the car to Mark Fish, but im half tempted to have a go myself

My suspension was swapped in a very basic garage, it isn't especially tricky.

what about geometry changes from changing components and ride height?

Does that not need checking after

Yes, but I just took mine to a tyre place with a posh aligner, only very minimal adjustments were needed, £40 done.

Nothing especially complicated about it, but you will probably need spring compressors. I wasn't actually there when mine was done, but from what I can gather it was straightforward as most FWD cars.
