First 'proper' clean for my Clio

Alright folks. Somehow we managed to get sun in Belfast today so I give the car a good go over in the shade... Lol

Steps taken: wet, foam, rinse, Wash (2 bucket method), dry, polish using a DA Polisher, glaze, sealant.

I'm in no way a professional detailer, simply started trying to get into it for my own benefit on my own car a few years back. And now the clio need the treatment [emoji4]

Managed to rid the swirls/light scratches and some bad scratched areas as can be seen in the 50/50 shots below.

Just thought I'd share to show that anyone can get good results with a bit of knowledge

Looks GREAT M8. Clean, tidy, subtle-aggressive and not too OTT.

Yea its got circular holes throughout to allow the light to pass through, Don't notice and difference really at night.

From a distance the headlights just look black and you cant see the mesh until up close. Though i'd try it when getting the windows tinted and if i didn't like it i could just rip them off lol.

IMO it looks well on the white as apposed to the silver lights on white (as you can see i have a thing against silver on white so i made it all black)

Another clean today, starting to think I have a problem.

Does anyone else fall in love with the Clio all over again everytime they wash it or am I just a weirdo? All the curves and creases look sooo good when it's shiny!

Anyway here's a few pics. Only down side is they emphasise how badly I need to lower it and add spacers, would look soo good! Hopefully around July or august after my 2 holidays [emoji846] more excited about lowering the car than going to Ibiza atm lol

Shop windows, bus stops and any other reflective surface.....
Is it just me that looks at the car in any available reflection and still gets excited every time a get a glimpse of the sexy wee piece of metal? [emoji23]
