fingertip volume controls

hi, just wondering if anybody has had the problem of the volume controls behind the steering wheel, as my up and mute volume button has now stopped working but the down volume still works. does anybody know the cause of this or how to solve it?

I haven't had this problem but I'd say you'll just have to replace that stalk thing it's most probs guna be the buttons due to switching all the time

This has happened to me, and I can't remember what I did to fix it.

I know it sounds stupid, but have you tried since you've turned the engine off?

yes ive tried it since ive turned it off and back on, i was hoping this would of sorted it like most things. I only just got the car last week so it should be covered under the warrant i have for it so il give them a ring unless anybody knows how to fix it
