The backs are dipped but I really wasn't happy with the finish so they're being trimmed in alcantara. Here is another set he did (slightly different blue) - ignore the slightly dubious looking speakers and amps

I've been away over Easter so nothing to report on the car. Got back to a couple of beautiful parts from @sevenfourate - thanks mate, top quality as usual Have ordered some stickers to go on them before I fit.

It's been an incredible 6 months since I bought my Recaros and they're still not ready!! The trimmer has started them now but we're waiting on some of the blue leather to come from Germany. The Ferrari dark grey Nappa leather is here though and looks nice.

Blue alcantara for the seat backs looks a good match for the blue leather.

What stickers did you order just out of interest?

For the inlet badge I'm going with the newer style R.S.RenaultSport one like on my rear end but I bought both white and blue so will put them together to make a two colour effort. For the cover panel some Gordini logos in blue

Thanks mate. Yes it is crazy and wasn't helped by the hydrodipper taking his time. Having said that the trimmer could have cracked on in the meantime. I knew he was busy and I think having his first baby doesn't help. To top it all off he is moving premises. His work is very good though so worth waiting for (fingers crossed)

Amazing really how much like they seem to be getting now, considering they got so heavily bashed when the MK4 was released!
