Picked up my Clio Gordini on Friday, which is the fourth Renault of note that I have owned:

R5 Turbo (Good fun, really unreliable !)
Phase1 Clio 16v (Great car, didn't miss a beat, could have used a bit more power)
Megane R26 (Could be brilliant, mostly a bit too much like hard work for a daily driver)

.. and now the Gordini, about which after the initial 33 miles the only thing I can say is "A bit blue".

Well you know how it is - they have these special lights in the dealers you see ...

Actually I don't think the photos do the colour much of a favour - it does look better in real life. Even the blue wheel inserts. Probably.

Going to miss the Xenons that I had in the R26 though - really should be an option on the clio !

i know what your saying about the xenons Nick they did take a step backwards with not fitting them on the 200,s or Gordini,s ( or even an option ).

BIG mistake Renault. :slap:
