Dodgy Steering Noise.. Anyone know what it could be???

Every time i turn my steering wheel, theres this loud creaking sound. I've put a video on youtube so you can listen to what it is. I thought it could be the ball joint but not sure. Any Ideas? Need to get it sorted ASAP.
