We get discount from them by PM Gareth our order and user name, not sure if hes signed up again yet since the site went down. One of the mods will know.

The new system put in place sends a reminder out before your membership expires, but doesn't automatically renew.

If you click on User CP (top left) and click on "Paid Subscriptions" - you can get your paid membership there, it is instant activation too
