you will have to cut the second cat out as the cat is part of the cat back system. Ie its bracket at the front and the back is all in one with the centre section and back box.
If you need any more help give us a call on 01202 820800 and it should bolt in using the clamp provided once the standard cat is removed. You will not have to do any welding.
