decat.. help?

Hi guys, been searching and searching for posts for answers but cannot seem to find what i need.

Basically im looking to decat the 197 but keep the standard exhaust..

wanting to get a sound like this..

however which decat do i need and what else do i need? i know some people have mentioned a sleeve or something?

Im aware of the flat spots etc..

Any advice would be brilliant?
