Cup springs vs. Eibach springs

I just wanted to ask which one is better: the original Cup chassis springs or the Eibach lowering springs?

I currently have the original cup chassis setup and I'm looking forward to getting Eibachs but I want to know which one is better handling wise (road and track), and stiffness wise on bumpy roads.
